READ FIRST: Support Guidelines - Help Us Help You

When asking for help here we'd appreciate it if you could give us some baseline information so we know what we're working with:

Version: (Ex: 0.5.0 Final)
OS: (Ex: Windows 10, macOS Sierra, Ubuntu 16.04)
Install-type: (Ex: Windows Installer, Windows zip, OSx .app, OSx source, python source, linux repository, NAS package)
Skin (if applicable): (Ex: Default, Plush, Smpl)
Firewall Software: (Ex: None, XP SP2 Firewall, Zone Alarm, Norton Internet Security, Kerio)
Are you using IPV6? (yes/no - most likely no)
Is the issue reproducible? (yes/no)

If the issue seems to be related to a specific nzb, don't post it, in accordance with the forum rules. Instead, keep the file around and simply mention that you have it, and we'll work on it from there.

Note that while you may be perfectly happy using an older release, if you ask for help our first question in debugging things for you is likely going to be "Have you upgraded to the latest version yet?". New releases fix bugs. Please use them.
