SABnzbd Forums

Hi I installed above version on my iMac and it ran smoothly for a week. Then something happened and I reinstalled the program again. This time however when the program is launched on localhost\8085, it asks me for a user id and password. I have  no clue what this is??? I tried to enter everything I could think of including that of the usenet group I use (eweka.nl) but to no avail.

I am quite desperate as I cannot seem to find any other newsreader as good as SABnzbd for the mac? Isthere any way to reset the configuration? I d/l the program one more time onto another macbook and tried it and it works just fine!!! 

I am really lost and would appreciate any help!

OS - OS X 10.5.8

Stop SABnzbd.
Open the file /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/sabnzbd.ini with TextEdit
and look for
username =
password =
