0.4.0b2 - Known Bugs

Will keep this fairly updated with the current reported issues:

- Iphone skin: On password protected setups, going "back" to the main page asks to re-submit the form.
- Iphone skin: When pause or resume is pressed the link stays blue and looks to be still processing.
- Plush skin: Wrong link for categories help page in Plush
- Plush skin: Various display issues in IE7
- SMPL skin: No help link in categories page
- The download time and average speed in the history does not take into account pauses, shutdowns or changes in the queue.
