I've added my nzbmatrix details and added rss feeds from it.  But is there a way to just browse the rss feeds set up in sabnzb?  I see we can preview them from the rss page and click the download link, but is there an easier way to browse them all from one page?

No. RSS support is organized per feed.

A simple page that lists all the feeds as links and each link goes to the same page the preview button does? I'd like to browse them similar to a file folder structure.

Well, you just cannot.
In the next major release we will make some improvements in this area.
