lock files before post processing

I like to stream video with vlcraar, but when post processing kicks in it stops the video and leaves a rar file behind in the incomplete directory. Before post processing, it would be good if sab checked to see if any of the rars are in use, and wait until the entire archive was free to par2/extract/delete.
