Connections page & Missing parts

Just recently I've had a few broken downloads due to missing parts and insufficient pars available to effect repair.
I am curious to understand the information presented in the connections page of the SABnzbd+ interface; an example is presented below:

Here you can see I have two accounts, Supernews as primary and Astraweb as a backup due to their higher retention. Using Supernews, however, I am frequently seeing reference to Astraweb alongside the active connection threads. I am wondering if this indicates that the parts are actually coming from Astraweb's servers or is it some sort of tag which denotes the server to which the articles were first uploaded?
I went with Supernews as a primary subscription with the impression that they were a Giganews reseller and that I should expect a high level of service. This has been the case for the lifetime of my subscription until recently. There are a number of discussions which advise users to possibly expect missing or incomplete articles on Astraweb's servers and I was mindful of this when I selected them as a backup provider.
If Supernews are providing access to Astraweb's servers then one account is clearly redundant and I am wasting some money. I wouldn't go with Astraweb as a primary provider although they do provide high retention at an attractive price.
Can somebody please confirm the interpretation of my screenshot?
Thanks.
