In my history, and also email to me?  How come cd1 is still verifying if it's completed?

Par verify failed on /home/Dan/downloads/incomplete/movies/Removed(2008)/Removed.CD1.vol00+01.par2!


Why would it send me a completed message if... well.... it isn't complete?
