skin color
i saw this option in the menu, should this be working yet?

Switching between skins can sometimes mess-up what value is show in the color scheme drop-down. If the current color scheme for the skin is set to one not on the list (one from the previous skin) then currently the top value in the drop-down stays selected.
The only real way I can see to fix this is have hard-coded defaults set for each skin, or name the default colorscheme "default" and check if the current css file exists for that skin when starting sabnzbd, and if not, set it to default.css
Btw, on the smpl skin, the page needs refreshing before a skin change will take affect.
