I have  tried fresh installs from both beta4 and beta5 with the same results. After the download is complete its scanned and verified but nothing after that and the download remains in the incomplete folder.
Please tell me what log info is needed for further analysis and Ill provide it asap.

I also still have the problem with sab not having permissions to delete files from the blackhole folder. Using Windows Vista

We need at least a sabnzbd.log file to say anything about this problem.
Preferably with the logging set to "debug" on the Connections page (which is also where you can pickup the log file).

No permission to delete the nzb files. If the almighty Vista decides one cannot delete a file
then one cannot delete a file.
Given that all SABnzbd does is use an ordinary "delete" command, I don't see what we can do about it.
How do you transfer the NZB files to the blackhole? Some utility?

You did not send enough logging data.
Could you try to send all data, there are (max) 5 logfiles in C:\Users\Eson\AppData\Local\sabnzbd\logs .
Better still, make sure that you have "Debug" on.
Now I miss too much info to say anything about your problem.

You did set the post-processing options to 'R', 'U' or 'D' and just a blank?
You have the post-processing options correct in Config->Switches set correctly.

Mailed you all the log files. Yes, all the switches are correctly configured.
