RC2 plush issue on install

I installed RC2 over the top of my previous sab install and ended up with no CSS being loaded when browsing at the front end.
I had to delete
web_colour="Modern"
from the sab config file to make the plush UI actually display properly
just thought I'd give a heads up for anyone else who has this problem
