an option for the built in sab tv sorting to create symlinks of newly downloaded shows to another directory, which can routinely be purged, for example, every week.
This is really useful since it's then very easy to navigate to your new tv shows for the week, without having to browse through many folders.
I currently have this as a feature in my own post proc script but would like to start using sabs.
A more general solution would be the option for sab to pass the original 6 post proc parameters plus the full sorted path of a tv show to a user written post proc script.
post processing option
Re: post processing option
The TV season option is complicated enough, I'm not sure if your suggestion is an improvement.
Which parameter do you miss?
1 The final directory of the job (full path)
2 The name of the NZB file
3 Clean version of the job name (no path info and ".nzb" removed)
4 Newzbin report number (may be empty
5 Newzbin or user-defined category
6 Group that the NZB was posted in e.g. alt.binaries.x
