sabnzbd not listening on any ports now...

OK guys this one has me completely stumped. I was running sabnzbdplus 0.6.10 mainly on the https port 9095. For about the past week I would notice that it would just randomly stop working on the ssl port, but still be working on the regular port (I think it was 8090). Restarting it (/etc/init.d/sabnzbdplus restart) seemed to fix the problem. But now I cannot get it to work at all. The service is definitely running (I think):
Here is the output of the log from the most recent start. Notice the first line. I suspect this has something to do with my problem, but not sure what it means:
Running nmap against the localhost does not show any ports open that correspond to sab:
And finally what I think is relevant from sanznbd.ini. The 443 ports are for the usenet servers:
Also note that I have done an apt-get purge sabnzbdplus and reinstalled it. What am I missing here? Is there any other information that I can provide that will help in troubleshooting this issue? Any help would sincerely be appreciated.
