About a week ago, files stopped unpacking. Now I have a bunch of files that are not unpacked. Not sure how to fix. Is it possible to manually unpack or will I have to re-download? Also, what can I do to prevent this from happening again?

With so little info, I cannot advise you on anything.
Are the downloads failed?
Are the unpacked RAR files just copied to their final destination?
If so, use WinRAR to unpack the files
and make sure each new job has the +Delete attribute.

Sorry, I am new to this and I don't know all of the jargon (or even how to insert a picture into this response). What I will tell you is this: before, under the "History" heading, each download would have an arrow pointed down, a clock, blocks that look like stairs, and a wrench next to them. Now the blocks and wrench are gone and files are not located at the path that is listed when you click on the file name. Also when you click on the file name, it does not list the 'repair" or "unpack" information.

Check the Config->Categories page.
The "Default" category should have the setting "+Delete" in one of the columns.
Should you use more categories, check the same column.

I changed the setting. Now should I re-download, or will the files fix themselves?

It won't fix itself.
Download and install the WinRAR program (free to evaluate for 30 days) and use that to unpack.
