Hi,

Recently there have been released quiet some HD players that are based on Android. I bought myself this one: http://www.hd-tv.cn/product_view.php?id=637 (warning, Chinese website).(Around Euro 100)

Did someone release an android .apk for that ?

I guess since these devices are released more and more (at least here in China), there will be more and more requests for it, and since Android should be quiet standard it should run on all those devices.

The box you refer to has 512 MB RAM ... SABnzbd likes more memory than that.

Apart from the memory: SABnzbd runs on Python. So first step is to have Python on Android. There is alpha software called SL4A for Android, which can run python. As SL4A is even not in the Android Market, it doesn't sound good. However, if that would run good, SABnzbd additionally needs par2, unrar on the OS (so Android) and some python libraries (cheetah, pyOpenSSL).

So, it looks like a long road. Have you checked for other NZB-downloaders for Android?
