Is the issue reproducible? yes

I set the permissions to 0777 via webinterface and command line.
Some time after the files are completed the permission is changed form 0777 to 0700.
After that i cannt access this files via ftp.
I didnt have that problem with ver. 0.3.4.

What command are you using to change the permissions...?
