SAB 0.6.10 not unpacking/extracting downloads

Everything was working for the longest time and I hadn't changed anything. Then, suddenly, downloads were no longer unpacking. I have double-checked all options (+Delete, joining, unrar/unzip, etc.), and ensured that the download is not password protected. I successfully extracted the file to the same folder it was downloaded in. The logs don't show any errors (I checked up to +Debug). I have no clue what else I can do to fix the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

SAB 0.6.10 running on WHS 2011, files extracted using WinRAR on Win7 x64.

Do you have the option "Check result of unpacking" in Config->Switches on?
You should, this will make SABnzbd do some extra checks, which might indicate what's going on.
