I had this exact problem with the same ISP a few hours ago (also brand new) I uninstalled then reinstalled with port 443 and entered my nzbmatrix data on the setup wizard and it seems to work now for some reason.. Maybe try a fresh install if you haven't already? I only say this because it worked fo...
