I restarted this morning...and it works now.  Very weird.  Yesterday I got errors from sabnzbd trying to unrar, but I was able to unrar manually. 

Yes, the repair did complete fine.  It just messes up on the unrar stage. I don't think it's a job specific problem.  I tried 10 different downloads with no luck.  Then I switched over to windows and the same files did unrar fine.
