Tried it, as well as turning off Remote Differential Compression and specifying the NIC speed to 1 Gbit full duplex. Still no luck. Seems to max out at 13 Mbits, though I pay for 20 Mbits.

Bandwidth Lost
So I've been using SABNZBD for a couple months now, my download speeds have been a constant 2MB/sec. Until last night, when I reformatted my PC and loaded Win7. Now my speed is, at most, 1.5MB/sec. Will often dip down to 1.2MB/sec. Has anybody else had this problem? Any ideas on how to correct it? I...
