Download will not start...

Hello together,
i need some help please :

Version: 0.7.20
OS: ubuntu sever 14.04 lts
Install-type: apt-get....
Skin : Glitter
Firewall Software: none Open vpn tunnel
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes

after downloading the nzb he put it automatically in que... (not paused) but he will not start downloading?!
any Idea to solve this?

Server connection ist tested and ok

I had the same issue. The following seems to have resolved it:
1. Check that the VPN server accepts P2P connections and allows downloading of torrents, etc.
2. Check the default DNS servers under network-manager. I had Google servers as additional and when I removed them and restarted networking and re-established the vpn connection, it seemed to resolve the problem. I think it's called a "DNS leak."
