I am trying to setup with sabnzbd+

Post by jwhitt12 »

I am running with ubuntu 22.04 and sabnzbd 4.4.1 also:

I am trying to setup with sabnzbd+ I keep getting: Failed to retrieve RSS from nzbnoob.com. In this case I am using nzbnoob.com They problem is that sabnzbd always tells me: Failed to retrieve RSS from nzbnoob.com

I am also using UsenetServer which, in theory has no problems with RSS. I have tried with nzbnoob open and closed and it still says this.

My other problem is filling in the RSS stuff. I am assuming that nzbnoob.com is the correct url. I can use it to download nzb files with no problem. I can load the nzb file into the watch file (Feed 1) where it gets accepted and then moved to 'incomplete" (feed 2 where its downloaded) and then moved to the complete file to 'complete' (feed 3 where its All that being said I am assuming the url is correct. I am also assuming that feed one is for the sabnzbd watch file and, once accepted, moves the file to (Feed 2) 'incomplete' where its downloaded and then it moves to 'complete' (feed 3 where its unpacked) for use. Through the whole thing everything needs to be "accepted".

I am also confused about the feed and what specifically goes where. for instance, I tend to want to put 'accept' in the first part of each feed. I am not sure about the filter stuff as it seems to be taken care of by 'type'. Not sure about the categories, seems normal sould work for priorities I am confused about the processing. I do know that 1 is a starting check (accept) then there is download and the last is probably 'unpack'

My question is pretty simple, ie. Am I getting close? I am, for instance, really sure what really goes into feed 1 where it all starts.

i would really appreciate some kind of answer so I get this done. Its beginning to drive me a bit nuts.

Thoughts?
