Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Hi there,
get this message every now and then even though there is nothing wrong with the archives.
It seems to happen with archives that are split to a lot of files, ie: the files are not only in the range of .RAR-.R99, but also continue through .S00-S99 and .T00-T99 or even further.
