This could be me, but 0.5.2 (osx) creates a new location in the "Completed Download Folder" instead of moving the download to the location as specified in the "Series Sorting" section. Downgrading to 0.5.0 and everything works OK.
Hope this makes sense.
Thanks!

Re: 0.5.2-osx TV Sorting problem
Sorry (English is not my native language), I'll try again.
My NAS has 5 shares (media1 through media5) that are (AFP) mounted in /Volumes (Mac OSX).
Completed downloads go to ("User Folders"):
This works fine with 0.5.0 as well as 0.5.2
TV shows go to ("Series Sorting")
This worked like a charm under 0.5.0. After installing 0.5.2, TV Shows end up in a new folder on media5, e.g.:
I don't use categories.
After I downgraded back to 0.5.0 everything works fine again
Hope this makes a bit more sense

Re: 0.5.2-osx TV Sorting problem
We're looking into this, there have been similar reports.
Might take a while though.
In the mean time, use the default "completed" location or categories to set the first part of the path.
Edit:
Problem confirmed, will be fixed in release 0.5.3
See: https://bugs.launchpad.net/sabnzbd/+bug/578751
