Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Remote Access using iTouch
could someone tell me what url I need to put in my iTouch to view my SABnzbd or if there is a link to a set up guide to do this, any help much appreciated.

For example, http:://mymachine.local:8123/m/ or http://mycomputer.mydomain.tld:8123/m/
The trick is, I don't think windows machines create a .local domain, so you might have to use your LAN IP address, like http:://192.168.0.4:8123/m/
