Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Basically my downloads dont complete and my sab stops doing anything almost like its been paused. I have been on to astraweb and tried all the usual swap ports, swap servers etc to no avail.
I'm running sab as a service on my WHS, I installed it with the standard .exe and I'm using 0.5.4.
Stop SABnzbd. Remove all files in its cache folder (check where it is first in Config->Folders).
Start SABnzbd and submit the NZB files again.
You queue content will be lost.
If you still have backups of the NZBs, you're good.
Otherwise you might try to put some more recent items at the head of the queue.
Does restarting SABnzbd do any good?
Newer items seem to download as normal, I have downloaded 1 particular nzb thats older than the anything in the Q at the moment and that was fine!!
Edit : : Actually the current download is only 13 days old and its stopped again, also see the errors attacted I'm now getting (I have 20 connections allowed)

Why do you have two server definitions for one server?
And also one for the us server?
I wouldn't be surprised if astraweb gets confused by this.
I was asked to try this by the astraweb people!
I have a feeling that the queue has become corrupted as around 130 items now read 0B/10GB remaining!!
Any idea if it's specific items that block?
Does it help to move them to the end (or give low priority)?
BTW: if due to the "too many" errors the number of connections drops to 0,
downloading will stop.
It will take about 10 minutes before SABnzbd will retry with the specified amount of connections.
