[REQ] Rename files to lowercase

Since the build in feature failed on me (the one with { } ) getting downloaded files lowercase i'm searching for help here.

What i'm looking for is a script that puts every downloaded file to lowercase.

I realize that creating/using such script would result in loosing functionality from existing/build-in post processing scripts (+Repair/+Unpack/+Delete) so it would be nice if i could add it to an existing script like +Delete but it's not a must.

Since i don't know how to start/begin with this i was hoping someone here could kick me into the right direction on creating such script or maybe has it somewhere lying around junk dust and is willing to share it?
