Episode Rename does't happen for this...

I downloaded this report and it was extracted to the correct folders I have specified, ie: "Metalocalypse\Season 01\", however the video didn't get renamed to what i had specified which is "10 - Dethgov". Most episodes of other shows do get named correctly however... except for colbert and the daily show.

Unfortunately, one of the current restrictions for renaming files is for it to be above 123MB, this is to try and stop the unneeded renaming of smaller files such as sample files.

This will not change until detection of what files to rename is changed. I will try for a bit with the restriction removed to see if any false renaming does occur.

Currently date based or non series based shows "Show Name - 2008-06-10 - Episode Name" are not supported for folder sorting. They would need another field in the config to specify the location such as "%s\%y\%s - %y-%m-%d - %e.%ext".  I may introduce support for this type of naming, however it would not be for 0.4.0Final
