when I launch sab 4.0, I get two new tabs in firefox instead of just one.
I don't have the secondary interface enabled.
I also get this error in the 'warning' section;
"WARNING
Cannot launch the browser, probably not found"

There's some timeout that makes SABnzbd think the browser does not start.

I'm not sure how a hard refresh would make any different to sabnzbd.exe opening two browser windows?

I don't use any firewall except xp's built in one.

I tested on XP-SP3, but I cannot find a problem with it.
As a work-around you can prevent browser startup in Config-Switches.
