Grouping related content in subfolders

Post by spliff99 »

It's great the way sabnzbd automatically categorizes downloads in TV, Movies, Apps etc..

But do you have any suggestions on how to further automatically group related content together.

For example I don't like having to scroll through a list of shows all called:

TV\Show Name 1x01
TV\Show Name 1x02
TV\Show Name 1x03
..
TV\Show Name 1x20

Because I stream my tv to a media player, and scrolling through each episode with a remote control can be a pain...

Can you suggest a way to get sabnzbd to group all episodes together under a common folder like:

TV\Show Name\Show Name 1x01
TV\Show Name\Show Name 1x02
...

Or does anyone know of a 3rd party application / script that could do the trick? (I'm on Windows 7)

Thanks for any help

Have you looked at the Season sort expression?
Expand the legend and see how you can synthesize paths.
