[HELP] movies.exe and CouchPotato

Post by kuushty »

Hi guys... would just like to say how much i appreciate all the hard work that has been done with Sab, CP, SB and Headphones.... my media center is complete thanks to you lot!

However, while using CouchPotato, i am downloading dvdrips of a smaller size as i cannot get movies.exe to work properly joining a 2cd movie.

I came up with a batch file similar to one that is on here that joins the movie, but then it wont pass onto couch potato so that it can be sorted and renamed..

Is there ANYTHING out there or has anyone got a home made script they would like to share? everything else is ticketyboo apart from this!

Thanks in advance :)

Hi kuushty,

Have you tried letting sabnzbd do the sorting and renaming and just running the script from sabnzbd.

Nope... same errors as before...

Code: Select all

Unhandled Exception: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(String fileName, String arguments)
   at Movies.Program.Main(String[] args)
and yes, all dirs etc are set up correctly.... but one quick question.... the movies dir in the movies.exe.config file... should that point to where my movies are kept or where my movies are downloaded to?

makes no odds really as i've tried both...

Hi kuushty,

You should try running the movie.exe manually as stated here by the creator markus101. if you have further problems maybe ask markus101.
