RSS Feed Issue

Post by zetor12 »

Having used the RSS feed to download using SABnzbd for some time I am now having problems, I realise the TV category has changed and the show I wanted has changed from an XviD to x264, so I changed this in my filter, the show is in the Not Matched list but it will not still match it, so I generated a new API key and then a new TV SD RSS feed and replaced them in my SABnzbd Feed settings but it still will not make a match, I can't work out if this is a SABnzbd, nzbmatrix problem or mine, any idea's would be much appreciated, I have also tried to find an answer on the NZBMatrix forums but no luck, my SABnzbd is up to date.

How do your filters look? Order matters.

I have only changed the Requires from XviD to x264 but the filter looks like this:
O Requires x264
1 Accept criminal*minds.*

Tweak your filters until you get a match.
Each time you change a filter, the existing RSS content will be re-evaluated.
I would remove the dot after "minds".

I think I must have tried every combination with dots, without dots with * and without, nothing will give me a match

I have now deleted all the feed settings and filters , the filters needed a clear out anyway, I'll restart from scratch building the filters up one by one and check each one at a time, I'll have to wait until tomorrow to check, so I have put in 0 Requires x264, 1 Accept grimm* I'll see what happens, I guess I should always use lower case letters?

The comparison is not case-sensitive.

Well it seems I am nowhere nearer to a solution, there was 7 tv shows in my filter for last night, all the 7 shows show up in the Not Matched list but none will match from my filter list, they are a mix of x264 and XviD, for an example on the first show, Requires: x264 Accept: and then I tried all of these different combinations: american.dad* .american.dad* .american*dad* *american*dad* american*dad* american.dad *american.dad* *american.*dad.* *american.*dad. *american.dad. american.dad. .american.dad. the show is there in both x264 and XviD in my Not Matched list and I did try changing the Requires to either x264 and XviD, I presume that if I am seeing the last 50 shows in my Not Matched list then this must mean it is reading the RSS Feed from NZBMarix so it isn't a problem from there?
