[Linux] Move files after Sick Beard processes?

Sick Beard cleans-up the file names and then places them in individual folders for each TV Series. After it finishes, or on a timed basis (say every 10 minutes), I'd like to move ONLY the video and subtitle files to a single folder - and deleted all other files (NFO, etc).
- Reason is I don't save shows or movies after I watch them.

What is the easiest way (for a linux noob) to get this done?

If you have code, that would be HIGHLY appreciated!

Just add unnecessary extensions to cleanup linst in SABnzbd: Config - Generel - Tuning - Cleanup list
