Strange message, is sabnzbd down?

Post by lisabinne »

I am getting this message today:

This webpage is not available
The webpage at https://localhost:9090/sabnzbd/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 111 (net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED): Unknown error.

It was working fine, then all of a sudden, the above message. Every time I check to see if I am back up and running, I get the same message. Has been this way for most of the day. Any thoughts?

p.s. I will be restarting soon. hope that helps

Restarting is always a good idea.

If that doesn't help: If I google "Error 111 (net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED): Unknown error" it looks it is a Chrome message. Do you use Chrome? If so, it seems to be a Proxy setting. So check your Proxy setting; it should be off for your LAN.

Furthermore: if you have Chrome, you probably have another browser too. So what happens when you use that browser to access SABnzbd?

it was with all web browsers, so not a chrome issue, rather an internet connection. After awhile, i couldn't even get on this site from this computer, yet all other computers and internet enabled devices in my house could. after checking settings and restarting several times, I have fixed my own issue. thanks though for looking at my question :)
