no connections?

I'm not getting any connections in sabnzbd and none of sickbeard, couchpotato, or headphones are downloading anything.
Any ideas what I can do to troubleshoot this?

In Config -> Server, when you click on Test Server, what does SABnzbd say in the popup?

Although I'm not sure I understand why I need t add a NZB file if I already added usenet server.
Aren't sickbeard, couchpotato, and headphones supposed to find and search for the NZB files automatically?

Both are needed: The usenet server is where you download from, the NZB is what you want to download
