Does Sabnzbd Auto update?

No.

Exception: if you have Ubuntu/Debian with PPA activated.

I'm using a Qnap nas with the Sabnzb Qkp and I'm sure it auto updates, I'm on version 7.9 think that's the latest, and I haven't manually updated it.
