Help Updating to 0.7.9 in Ubuntu 11.04

Hey,

I'm a bit of a Noob to all this. Whats the easiest way to update from Sabnzbd+ 0.7.7 to 0.7.9?

It would be awesome if it was step by step because as I said I'm a noob.

How did you install SAB 0.7.7 on your Ubuntu?
