where are my downloaded files ? NAS DNS320

Hello,

maybe someone can help me in here.
I've installe NABnzbD on my nas DNS320L, everythink is working but I can't find my downloaded files ... they are nowhere to be found ... I did not change anything in my configuration file so my files should be in /root/downloads/ ... but there is no repertory with such a filename ... is there something to do ?

Location of the download is part of the information available in sab's history for every job.

sure but i cannot see the files root/ download/complete in my nas 'I mean in my Windows explorer), those are not visible ...
