What i want is, if download a movie, it should be recognized as movie and should be downloaded to the path configured at the "movie" categorie. the same with software etc.
so how does this work , is there any way to auto-categories the downloads ?

For this to be automatic, the values in the 'Groups / Indexer tags' column must match either usenet group or the tags your indexer of choice actually provides. Afaik, indexer tags can vary from site to site.
Otherwise, you'll have to specify the category yourself one way or the other.

When i download lets say some movies, then the directory is always named like:
Movie_ReleaseName_Date_RlsGroup. So i was thinking the Tag "Film" ( Movie in german ) would be sufficent but it doesnt auto-select the categorie...
which file/directory has to have the correct group tag ? the nzb file ? the unzipped directory ? i dont know where this actualy has to match...
The nzb doesn't contain any category information. If you download the nzb's automatically using an index sites API/RSS feed then the categories should match the index site.
If you manually download nzb's then you need to tell SAB what catogory it is. This can be one in SAB itself in the Queue, or in the watch folder.
Create a watch folder and create sub folders that match your categories. Then save your NZB in the relevent Sub-folder. SAB will scan the watch folder and pick up the nzb's. As it's picked the nzb up in a sub folder, it knows which category.
