Hi,
I seem to be having an issue with password encrypted RAR files. I have set the option for encrypted RAR files to "Off" and have specified a password file, but to no effect!
The download completes, and is moved into the completed folder, but contain the rar files. Using WinRAR with the password works. Normal downloads without password unrar fine. Looking at the log file the password file is located, and says it is being read, but there is no reference to trying the passwords, unlike other excerpts I have seen online, and the unrar command line used makes no reference to the a password being used. I did wonder if it might be something to do with the new version 5 rar files, but the unrar installed with the sabnzbd package is version 5.
I have converted the passwords.txt file to unix format, as it was originally created on the shared folder by my PC with notepad, but that didnlt help. I have also used Putty to telnet into my Synology, logged in as root, and I can cat the password file to the screen.
Any suggestions?
The log file is as follows:

Re: Synology 07.16 Ignoring passwords
Thanks for the reply. I have sent you the details as requested.
Also, I have added the password to the entry in the download queue, and after downloading it will unrar fine. So it's just the password file that seems to be the problem.
