I recently started using Sickbeard and can't figure out why SABnzbd is leaving duplicate files on my C drive.
In the Post-Processing Scripts Folder field, I have it pointed to a scripts folder on my E drive, but it still does all the processing on my C drive (where it's installed).
This normally wouldn't be a big deal, but it has now started leaving full copies of the downloads there. This caused all sorts of failures recently when my C drive ran out of drive space due to all the dupe files SABnzbd is saving in the
C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\scripts\ directory. The files are getting processed correctly to the right destination, but why is SABnzbd leaving duplicates in the scripts folder?

Re: Sabnzbd using wrong scripts directory, saving dupe files
The scripts folder is where your scripts should be.
It has nothing to do with where downloaded and post-processed files are stored.

Re: Sabnzbd using wrong scripts directory, saving dupe files
Why is sabnzbd leaving duplicate files in C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\scripts\ and how do I stop it? It's filling up my boot drive and causing all sorts of problems. It never did this before I started using Sickbeard and I can't see anywhere in the settings where there is an option to save files in that folder or to prevent it from doing so.
Re: Sabnzbd using wrong scripts directory, saving dupe files
Go through Config->Folders and check whether you set that name for other folders.
Besides, are you sure SABnzbd is placing files there? isn't it SickBeard.
What kind of "duplicate" files are those anyway?

Here's the log for a show (I changed the actual show name to Show X so as not to encourage piracy)
After processing, the show is moved to it's correct destination on the X drive, but the original copy of the the show is left on C. How do I stop that?Parsed Show X (EVOLVE) [ABD: False]

Re: Sabnzbd using wrong scripts directory, saving dupe files
When the script runs, SABnzbd has already finished all its post-processsing.
Anything happening in the SB script is SickBeard's responsibility.
