PAR2 issues

SABnzbd Version: 0.7.11
Running multicore PAR2 from http://www.chuchusoft.com/par2_tbb/download.html

Hello,
I'm having PAR2 issues - the show will download and if it needs any sort of PAR repair, it will fail. If I do a manual PAR repair or manually download the PAR files if needed, then I can manually join the files and all is good.

Here is a snippet of the log that I think will help diagnose what is going on:

The PAR2 error states "Permission denied" so I think it is a permissions issue but I'm not sure how to correct.

I must have down something boneheaded last time. I just re-downloaded and the PAR2 multithreaded files again, copied over and all looks to be fine. I wish I would have done this about four months ago. ! All is good.
