SABNZBD will not unpack

Post by Leithal »

I'm running Sick Beard 507 with SANNZBD 0.7.20

Sick Beard is triggering downloads correctly and I have a TV category set up. In SABNZBD I have a TV catagory set up that points to "TV Shows" with Default selected. No matter what I put as a processing option I can't get SABNZBD to unpack the rar. I get either all the rar parts in the correct directory, or I get nothing depending on the option I choose for processing.

I've been playing with this for the last few days, with no luck in getting the correct result - a single file in the TV SHow\Show\Season folder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if this is a repost - I thought I had posted but I can't find it...

What kind or error messages do you get?
You're giving very little info.

I'm not getting any error messages.

For instance: I flagged an Episode of Shark Tank (below) in Sick Beard. Sick Beard's log is completely empty. Then I see this in SABNZBD. However when I look in the "P:\Plex\TV Shows\Shark Tank\Season 6" folder I see all of the .rar and .Rxx files, with no final file. Everything looks like it works, however no matter what option I use in the Catagory page either deletes all the aforementioned files, or just leaves them - with no final output. I looked at the sabnzbd log file and there are no entries for 5/9 (today) at all.

I don't see any errors anywhere - just the completion info below...

Downloads fine here.
BTW: it might be SickBeard interfering with SABnzbd.
The NZB is nothing special and not a problem for SABnzbd.

How old was the post when you downloaded it?
It was just 18h when I did.

It's 19 hours, but I've tried others, all with the same result. I believe that it's some setting somewhere. Sick Beard is logging as below. Doesn't seem to have be doing any post processing, at least I can't see anything in the log. A friend sent me his SB config and it looks close to mine, with the folders being the only delta.

What happens if you just feed the nzb URL to SABnzbd directly, without SickBeard?

Just tried this. Now instead of all the rar files ending up in plex\tvshows\show\season all the files are in \plex. Still nothing is extracted, it's just in a different location.

What is the post-processing setting in the Default category?
What does post-processing say in the queue?

Default is set to Unpack. And I get a "U" in the queue setting. I believe I started with this set at Delete, but it deleted everything.

Set logging (Status page) to level Debug.
Download a small NZB.
Get the resulting log file from the Status page.
Email to [email protected] and add the URL of this message.
