Top Menu has disappeared

Top Menu has disappeared

Version:  0.4.11
OS: OSX Leopard
Install-type: OSx .app
Skin (if applicable): Plush
Firewall Software: None
Are you using IPV6? No

Here is what I'm seeing.

Does anyone know how to get the menu part of it back?

There is a hidden link at the top of the page in the middle. Click or double click to show/hide different menus. This will be made less confusing in 0.5
