This may sound like a strange request, but now can I disable auto rename/de-obfuscation of filenames while downloading nzb's?
I use custom scripts for indexing some groups and generating nzb's, the scripts are able to re-assemble individual parts that were uploaded with absolutely no ordering what so ever, however sabnzb's auto parsing of par2 metadata and renaming files is messing things up.
How can I disable auto rename/de-obfuscation of filenames while downloading nzb's?

You can disable Deobfuscate Final Filenames in Config > Switches. However, the par2 based renaming cannot be disabled.
I think NZBGet you can disable everything and just get raw data.
