Docker+Npm proxy - randomly not working

hi.

I have sab in a docker, and npm proxy manager, and only sab seems to work "wonky" (compared to other dockered stuff).
I have a SSL and a domain in npm, pointing sabnzb.domain.tld to http://192.168.88.3:8282

domain-"version" connection to sab often gives error HTTP 502 bad gateway/503 timeouts, if i visit the ip-version of sab, the domain version seems to work a short time.

Sometimes when login form on domain-version shows, and i try to login, i get timeout or bad gateway

In settings -> Special:
host_whitelist ( ) : sabnzbd.domain.tld

Uncertain / dont remember if i changed other values here.


Even with the ip-view of sab web ui, i often get timeout/connection refused (reload often works)


Any ideas what is my problem with this setup and how to fix it?
docker logs shows no problems, it seems to start quickly and nicely.
