Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

Line Speed max's out at 250KB's not 25MB's
Starting yesterday, every download line speed will only max out at 250kb's. I have the line speed set to 25MB's, I have changed to 50MB's, 45MB's, etc. but the download will not change from 245 - 250KB's. I installed the latest version to 4.5.1 to no avail. I am stumped as to what is causing this. I am on Firefox latest version also. Can anyone help? I am not very techy so if someone can help I would really appreciate it.

SAB's line speed setting is to limit speed. As you don't want to limit the speed (right), remove it.
After that, reboot your system and router.

I removed the line speed, but it said I HAD to put a number on so I tried it like you said.......no change, still downloading at 250kbs.
I have now put the 25MB's back, but it is still staying on the 250KB's. 17 hours to download a few files!! It was working just fine yesterday morning at 25MB's which really means 250MB's and later in the day it started downloading at 250KB's and I can't find a way to fix it.
The only thing that happened yesterday was, there was an outage for about an hour with our provider and I checked the download speed with Ookla and it was 578MB's up and download. I wonder if something is affecting downloads, but not affecting my overall download speed? I don't know where to turn at the moment.

While SABnzbd is not doing anything (so: if stuff in queue, click on Pause):
In SABnzbd's upper right corner, click on the wrench symbol ("Status and interface options"), then click on first tab Status, and there click on the Refresh Arrow. Post the values of the lower part here.
In SABnzbd's upper right corner, click on the wrench symbol ("Status and interface options"), then click on first tab Status, click Test download 1GB. After downloading, in history, at the download in the drop down, what was the resulting speed? Example "Download Downloaded in 55 seconds at an average of 22.9 MB/s"
