sabNZBD 0.5.3 Windows does not allow folders in different drives

Hi guys,

In the past I've been adjusting my download folders to point to my E drive whilst sab runs as service on my C drive.

I no longer seem to be able to give non-relative folder locations i.e. I can't go E:\downloads only ../

This causes an issue as it restricts me to the C drive where there is not enough room.

Any ideas of a workaround? It would be nice to see folders addressing reverting back to how they used to work.

Check access rights of your drive.
Does the account that the service runs under have access rights to the E: drive?

Hi,

This was the issue!

0.5.3 install used the local service account whereas previous installs did not.
