[0.4.0 Final] error on upgrade
i just upgraded from 0.4.0 RC5 to 0.4.0 Final and on startup i got the following error:

You queue was corrupted, probably has nothing to do with the upgrade.
If problems persist, clean the queue (sabnzbd.exe --clean).

The difference between 0.4.0RC5 and 0.4.0Final is almost nothing (only Skin fixes).
So it's very likely a coincidence.
Having said that, we do intend to add queue verification into a later release, to stop this kind of problem.
