When I download a movie, tv show, will it automatically end up as an AVI file??

Only when the poster actually uploaded an AVI file.

Thanks for the reply. It has been some time since I have used this app. Is there a tutorial on how to convert a rar file to avi?

If the poster has packaged the AVI file in a set or RAR files,
SABnzbd will unpack those to the original AVI.

Thanks, I do remember that from the time I used the app on a regular basis. A little dust in attic, just had clear the cob webs.
